plasma 46" made by chunghwa 
problem: led green is light but no screen. 
I changed 2 capi 1500uf /200V in the power supply . 
vs=176v vcc=5v 
vge=-167 
vw=65 
plese help me in this trobel shooting, i dont have service manual.
