I have a lot of this experience on samsung crt monitor. Normally there are because of the voltage regulator ic problem. The number is 78L05, the size of this IC like transistor C945 and same color also. So be careful to find it. This regulator ic near by MCU ic. After change this ic will solve your problem immediately! But, some monitor they will also show the "Control Lock" message on the OSD Menu. Just press and hold about 20 second, then they will show the "Unlocked" message. Try to off and re-open (on) monitor, all the problem are gone! enjoy!
